Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, Google provides SafariHub with your Google account identifier and the basic profile information you approve, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes.

We may also collect information you provide for a trip, including destination, dates, traveler count, booking details, support messages, and the technical information needed to keep your account and sessions secure.

We use customer information to authenticate accounts, maintain a SafariHub customer profile, arrange guided vehicle-with-driver trips, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with unrelated third parties. It is used only to provide and secure the SafariHub account and services requested by the customer.

SafariHub uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and customer data, Vercel for the customer website and server functions, and other infrastructure or communications providers required to operate the service. These providers process data on SafariHub's behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Access to privileged systems is limited to authorized service components and personnel. Authentication sessions are stored in secure, HttpOnly cookies and are not exposed to browser JavaScript.

We keep account and trip information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, protect customers, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

You may ask SafariHub to delete your customer account and associated profile data. Some transaction or safety records may be retained where the law requires it. You can also remove SafariHub's access from your Google Account permissions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Google sign-in by revoking SafariHub in your Google Account and choosing another supported login method.
