Terms of Service
These terms govern access to SafariHub and bookings for guided travel using a vehicle with a professional driver.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. SafariHub's service
SafariHub helps customers arrange guided travel with a vehicle and professional driver in East Africa. SafariHub does not offer self-drive vehicle rental or a peer-to-peer vehicle marketplace.
Trip descriptions, routes, availability, and prices may change until a booking is confirmed. A confirmed itinerary and any additional booking terms form part of these terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and booking information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly notify SafariHub of unauthorized use.
The person making a booking must be legally able to enter into a contract and must have authority to provide information for other travelers included in the booking.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only when SafariHub issues a confirmation and any required payment has been received. Prices will identify what is included, such as vehicle, driver, fuel, permits, accommodation, park fees, or other trip services.
Cancellations, refunds, date changes, and no-show rules will be shown before confirmation or included in the confirmed itinerary. Third-party costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
4. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers must follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver, guide, park authorities, and SafariHub. Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
- Do not ask a driver to operate unsafely or unlawfully.
- Do not damage the vehicle or interfere with safety equipment.
- Do not use SafariHub for fraud, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.
5. Changes, safety, and force majeure
SafariHub may change a route, vehicle, driver, schedule, or activity when reasonably necessary for safety, weather, road conditions, wildlife conditions, government action, illness, or events outside reasonable control. We will try to provide a suitable alternative where practical.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SafariHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside its reasonable control.
Travel in remote areas involves inherent risks. Customers should obtain suitable travel, medical, and cancellation insurance.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact SafariHub first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
